Will you raise prices on me as you add more content?
We never raise prices on existing paying members. For as long as you keep your membership active, you’ll stay at the rate you joined with. It’s our way of saying thank you for supporting us in our early days—you’re grandfathered in!
Is there a free trial?
If you’d like to try before you buy, we recommend signing up for a free account. This will give you access to all of our free content (including multiple courses, Hands-On Labs, and ebooks), and to our free Discord community. If you like what you see, you can always upgrade to our monthly or yearly plans!
Do I need special software or hardware? What about for labs?
All of our training can be completed from your browser, so you don’t have to install any special software or purchase hardware. You don’t even need to use a VPN.
Do you offer refunds?
If you sign up for a monthly or yearly membership plan and you decide it’s not for you, reach out for a full refund within 7 days of activation as long as you have not: completed more than 50% of one of our premium courses, taken more than one of our practice exams, or completed more than 5 premium labs.
Do memberships renew automatically?
Yes, memberships automatically renew at the rate that you joined with. That means for as long as you don’t cancel your membership, we will never raise prices on you! Monthly memberships will renew on the same day each month. Yearly memberships will renew annually.
